Processing time

Orders placed before [2 PM local time] on business days typically ship the same day. Orders placed after that ship the next business day. We do not ship on weekends or US federal holidays.

Shipping methods

  • Standard Ground (3–5 business days): Free on orders over $99, otherwise [$8.95].
  • Expedited (2 business days): [$19.95].
  • Overnight: Rate calculated at checkout.

Tracking

Every order gets a tracking number emailed within 24 hours of shipment. If you do not see it, check your spam folder or email support@certifiedprinterhub.com.

Delivery issues

If your package arrives damaged or goes missing, contact us within 48 hours of the reported delivery date and we will open a claim with the carrier on your behalf.

Where we ship
